Steven H. Judd specialized in all areas of Real Property, Business and Community Association law while practicing full time. He obtained and maintained an AV rating from Martindale Hubble for over 25 years. Steve received a B.A. and MBA from Northwestern University. He held various positions with major corporations before attending Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude in 1977. He was the founding shareholder of the firm and is currently of counsel . While practicing full-time Steve was a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, Supreme Court Certified Mediator and was admitted to all state courts. He was chairman of the local grievance committee of the Florida Bar, was a member of the local attorney/ realtor committee and a member of the Sarasota County Public Facilities Financing Board. He served on numerous community organizations including The Sarasota Memorial Hospital Foundation, The Pines of Sarasota and Manasota Lighthouse for the Blind. Steve has been involved in various social organizations as an officer and director. His current practice is limited to Condominiums and Homeowner Associations in support of the other attorneys in the firm
